Fresh Start 12 Week Lead Nurture Workflow
The all-new 'Fresh Start 12-Week Lead Nurture Campaign Workflow' is here! This workflow consists of two types, specifically designed around your main offerings: appointments or trials.
Both workflows function in the same way. They are designed to nurture past leads for 12 weeks, periodically offering them the opportunity to take advantage of your offerings (a trial or an appointment).
The workflow is ideally designed to be used during specific times of the year, such as back-to-school or the end of summertime, pre- or post-holidays (think New Year's), or promotions and other times when you are trying to get old leads to take the next step during a particular time of year when they are most likely thinking about their fitness and health anyways.
*This workflow will be added to your account upon request, and will be triggered "Manually" by you - We will not connect them to any triggers unless you specify on the form.

Gyms that have a large list of old leads or offer promotions at particular times of the year.
This workflow will not have a "trigger" to set it off. Instead, you will manually insert the leads you wish to nurture into this workflow at the timing you choose to send it out. Ideally, you would only use this workflow on a lead once in their lifetime. To help ensure you know who has and has not received the messages in the workflow, each person who is put through it, will be tagged with “Fresh start” so you know who has already gone through it. If you like the workflow enough, you could tie it into other parts of your existing workflows, such as "After the Contact Us form has finished" or "After the Rates Request Form Workflow has finished." You can use it however you wish.
